🤯What kind of place is this?
It's a cross-dressing themed salon bar where you can experience cross-dressing and connect with others. We provide a space where guests can become friends with one another, and we offer rental items for cross-dressing.
🤯What are your business hours?
Sunday–Thursday: 17:30–23:30. Friday, Saturday, and the day before a holiday: 19:00–5:00 the next morning.
🤯Are you closed on any days?
We have no regular closing days — we're open every day of the year.
🤯Is it okay if I don't cross-dress?
That's completely fine. Many of our guests, both men and women, visit without cross-dressing.
🤯I'm a woman — can I visit?
Yes, you can. We have many female guests.
🤯Can I enjoy myself even if I come alone?
More than half of our guests visit alone. Our staff will look after you, so you can relax and enjoy yourself even solo.
🤯I'm a beginner — is that okay?
Beginners are very welcome. Our staff will guide you, so you can enjoy yourself with peace of mind even as a first-timer.
🤯Can I still enjoy it if I don't drink alcohol?
While we're a bar, our main focus is connecting with others, so you can enjoy the conversation and company either way.
🤯I'm a minor — can I visit?
Guests under 20 may visit by showing staff a photo ID that confirms their age. Guests under 18 may visit only between 19:00 and 22:00. We strictly refuse alcohol orders from anyone under 20.
🤯I'm not young anymore — will I feel out of place?
Not at all — our guests range from their 20s to their 80s, so please don't worry.
🤯I don't speak Japanese — can foreign visitors enjoy it too?
We welcome many tourists from overseas. We may not always have English-speaking staff on hand, but many guests still enjoy soaking in the atmosphere of Japanese cross-dressing culture. We also offer an English-language menu.
🤯Can I experience cross-dressing if I visit the venue?
Yes, you can experience cross-dressing right at the venue. Guests who enter can use makeup tools, women's clothing, wigs, and the changing room.
🤯Can I go outside after cross-dressing?
Yes, you can go outside while still cross-dressed. The venue is located in Shinjuku Ni-chōme, an LGBT-friendly neighborhood, making it easy to step out while cross-dressed.
🤯What cross-dressing items can I rent?
You can rent makeup tools, women's clothing, shoes, and wigs free of charge.
🤯Do you have underwear or stockings?
Underwear and stockings are available for purchase!
🤯Can I pay another way besides cash?
For credit cards, we accept Visa, Mastercard®, UnionPay, JCB, American Express®, Diners Club, Discover, and QUICPay. For QR payments, we support Alipay+, WeChat Pay, UnionPay QR code, COIN+, d-Barai, LINE Pay, PayPay, au PAY, and J-Coin Pay. We do not accept transit-based e-money. There is no payment handling fee.
🤯Do I pay before or after?
All payments are made in advance.
🤯What happens when I buy an admission ticket?
At Girls Club, an admission ticket is required to enter.
🤯What happens if I lose my ticket?
If you lose a ticket (including admission or all-you-can-drink tickets), you'll need to purchase a new one. Please keep your tickets somewhere safe.
🤯Can I give or sell my ticket to someone else?
Gifting or selling tickets, even between individuals, is prohibited. If you notice anyone doing this, please report it to our staff.
🤯Can I order individual drinks without buying an all-you-can-drink ticket?
Yes, you can order individual drinks without purchasing an all-you-can-drink ticket.
🤯When should I ask for a receipt for tax purposes?
If you'd like a formal receipt (領収書), we'll issue it in exchange for your regular receipt at the time of prepayment. Alternatively, you can bring together several receipts from the same business day and exchange them for one receipt covering the total amount.
🤯Can I see an itemized breakdown of my bill?
Yes — we issue a receipt at checkout that you can use to check the details.
🤯Is there a cover charge?
No, there's no cover charge. We used to charge one, but it has been replaced by the admission ticket.
🤯Does the admission ticket price differ by cross-dressing status or gender?
No, it doesn't. The admission ticket is a flat rate for everyone.
🤯Can I take photos? Can I post them on social media?
Yes, photography inside the venue is allowed, and we welcome social media posts! Please be careful not to include anyone in your photos who hasn't given permission.
